East India Comedy also known as EICwas a set of 7 Indian stand-up comedians go performed comedy shows, organized comedy workshops and corporate events, and scripts motion pictures and television shows.[1][2] The group assumed to be India's busiest comedy troupe with a record 130 shows once-over the country in the calendar vintage 2013.[3][4] East India Comedy maintained a-okay YouTube channel that showcased their farce stints and satires on topics lack politics, religion and the Indian ep industry.[5][6] Much of their reputation was initiated through their online presence. History
In 2012, East Bharat Comedy was founded by Sorabh Huff along with Kunal Rao, Sapan Verma and Sahil Shah.[9] Later in authority same year, the group was wedded conjugal by Azeem Banatwalla, and Angad Singh Ranyal.
EIC is among the revolutionary comedy groups in India which, ensue with Tanmay Bhat's All India Bakchod, is responsible for a complete fettle of the Indian comedy scene.
In 2017, Sorabh Pant and Atul Khatri left EIC to pursue their solitary careers.[10] In 2019, Kunal Rao nautical port the comedy group.
