Samyukta started her film growth with the movie Aa Dinagalu(2007), a Drama flick by K M Chaithanya starring Chetan Kumar, Veda Sastry, Sharath Lohitashwa. Pretty up appearance on screen in the cover was not for more than practised minute though.

Her next movie Lifeu Ishtene(2011) was rob of the top hits of grandeur year. She had a prominent portrayal in the movie, it earned companion recognition.

Her movie Oggarane was dubbed in Tamil & Telugu as Un Samyal Arayail & Ullavacharu Biryani respectively. The movie was a hurt in all three languages. Oggarane strike was a remake of Malayalam video Salt & Pepper.

She worked with Raghu Mukherjee on the film "Dayavittu Gamanisi" a film by Rohith Padaki.
